Returns are accepted if returned within 7 days of receipt of package. Only items that are unworn, unaltered, unwashed and in its original packaging can be returned or exchanged. For exchanges, kindly inform the items you’d like to exchange with the Return Form that we will send you by email.
If you'd like to exchange to a different item altogether, we will first refund you in store credit and you may place a new order for the item.For returns and for exchanges where the item requested is not available in stock, we will return payment to your bank account that you need to state in the Return Form that we will send you by email.
We do not pay the shipping costs related to Returns or Exchanges. Only in the case of a defects/missing product will pay for the shipping costs.
Step by step:
Within 7 days after receipt of your parcel, send us a message by email at email@example.com to tell us you want to proceed for a return or an exchange. Don't forget to mention your full name and phone number so we can find you easily.
We will send by email the Return Form that you will need to print. You will need to fill the Return Form with all the necessary information.
Repack the items in the box with the Return Form. Seal it securely.
Send via Sicepat or JNE to Roujak Paris address (you have to pay for the returns/exchanges shipping costs)
The goods are at your responsibility until they reach our warehouse (please pack the items securely)
Your returns and exchanges items will be processed within 3 working days after reaching our warehouse.
For returns, we will transfer back the value to your bank account stated in the Return Form.
For exchanges, we will exchange the item requested. If the item is not available in stock, we will refund instead.
